(1) The employer shall make necessary arrangements so that the safety and health of non-employees coming to and from the workplace or walking through the workplace are not adversely affected.
(2) If there is an adverse effect on the safety or health of someone due to any work process at the workplace, or if there is a danger, the employer must make arrangements to give a signal, keep or provide information in this regard.
(3) Establishments that use or produce chemical substances shall manage the chemical substances or gases or any other matter released during their operations in such a way that they do not adversely affect local animals, people and the environment.
